What the form collects

• Your first and last name, email and phone number
• If you choose to tell us: your firm's name, industry and size
• Anything you write in the “biggest AI frustration” box

Please don't put client, patient or other confidential information in the form. We don't need it to reply.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, schedule a call if you want one, and prepare a quote. We may follow up by email or phone about SmartBLDR On-Site. If you ask us to stop, we will.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in HubSpot, the customer relationship management (CRM) service we use to keep track of conversations. HubSpot processes the data on our behalf. If you book a call, Google Calendar handles the booking. We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we're in conversation with your firm, and delete them on request.

Data on an installed system

This note covers the website only. Documents, email and other data on a SmartBLDR On-Site system stay on the server in your office. How that system handles your data is set out in your agreement with us.
